How to Play Mr. Runner X

Judgment and timing are crucial to your success in Mr. Runner X. With each game mode, you have three options: speed up, slow down, or continue at the default pace. Your job is to time your run so that you find yourself in a safe spot—meaning a low enough floor or a high enough ceiling—when the roof collapses. Once the shake comes, you have mere seconds to spot your zone and get in there.

In level-based play, you are tasked with zipping your way along the craggy track until you reach the end goal. The distance meter will show your progress toward the finish, but don't let it distract you too much. Making it to the end triggers the next level, along with rewarding you with some sweet loot to spend on skins.

With each new level, you will also have the opportunity to select a power-up at random. Our favorite power-up is the "Stop" capability, which allows you to freeze when you are in a safe zone, guaranteeing your survival. Finally, endless mode is just as it sounds: compete with your friends to see who can make it the farthest.
